How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 4–5 business days. Free shipping on orders of 9 panels or more. Tracked delivery to Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy on unused panels in original packaging. Contact us to arrange a return. Custom-cut panels cannot be returned.
Do you offer installation services?
NOVOTTI panels are designed for DIY installation — no professional needed. We provide a full installation guide and video tutorial. For complex projects, we can recommend trusted installers.
How many panels do I need?
Each panel covers 3.44 m² (2800 × 1230 mm). Measure your wall area and divide by 3.44. We recommend adding 10% for cuts and waste. Contact us for a free quote.
